President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board - Gary Wood, Ph.D.   Gary Wood is the entrepreneur who invented the TVAX technology.  He guided development of the TVAX technology from concept through completion of early human phase II clinical trials. He is the author of over one hundred scientific publications, the TVAX patents and the FDA IND authorizations, including the current authorization for phase II/III trials in brain and kidney cancer. Chief Operating officer and Chief Financial Officer - Rex Wiggins, M.B.A. Rex Wiggins has extensive capital raising and business development experience that was acquired during his successful 25 year career as a venture capitalist. During that time, he guided several companies thru the IPO process and directed numerous mergers and acquisitions. Between 1996 and 2007, Wiggins held a series of senior management positions in early stage companies, including a vaccine manufacturer. From 1983 thru 1996, Wiggins was President and CEO, Kansas Venture Capital. (M.B.A., BS; University of Missouri).

Chief Medical Officer – Frank P. Holladay, M.D.   Frank Holladay is a neurosurgeon and cancer immunologist.  He is the Principal Investigator of TVAX's current phase II/III brain cancer trials.  He was actively involved in demonstrating that the TVAX technology could cure brain cancer in rats and was effective against untreatable human brain malignancies. Vice President for Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs - Timothy Wurst, M.B.A. Clinical trials and regulatory expert. Tim Wurst has extensive business and clinical development experience. Prior to joining TVAX he founded Eriban Research, Inc., a contract research organization (CRO) that designed and managed clinical studies for a variety of human therapeutics. He als served as Director of Corporate Development for Regulatory/Clinical Consultants, Inc., a mid-sized CRO that was acquired by PRA in 2005. He has broad esperience in the oncology and infectious disease therapeutic areas. BA, University of Colorado; M.B.A. San Diego State University.

Vice President for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance - Arlo Millen, M.S. US and international experience in manufacturing, operations, process improvement, quality, regulatory affairs, technology transfer, business development, and P&L/general management. Provided expertise to industry leaders such as Aventis, Mayo Clinic, Schering-Plough, Merck, Pfizer, Cambrex, Pharmacia, and Amgen as independent industry consultant from 2006 to present and from 1997-2003.
