Chief Operating officer and Chief Financial Officer - Rex Wiggins, M.B.A. Rex Wiggins has extensive capital raising and business
development experience that was acquired during his successful 25 year career
as a venture capitalist. During that time, he guided several companies thru the
IPO process and directed numerous mergers and acquisitions. Between 1996 and
2007, Wiggins held a series of senior management positions in early stage
companies, including a vaccine manufacturer. From 1983 thru 1996, Wiggins was

Chief Medical Officer – Frank P. Holladay, M.D. Frank Holladay is a neurosurgeon and cancer immunologist. He is the Principal Investigator of TVAX's current phase II/III brain cancer trials. He was actively involved in demonstrating that the TVAX technology could cure brain cancer in rats and was effective against untreatable human brain malignancies. He als served as Director of Corporate Development for Regulatory/Clinical Consultants, Inc., a mid-sized CRO that was acquired by PRA in 2005.
